Accommodation Terms and Conditions

Article 1 Scope of these Terms and Conditions

The accommodation contract concluded by the facility and the contracts concerning it shall be in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and the matters not set out in these Terms and Conditions shall be in accordance with laws and customs. Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous paragraph, the Facility may comply with special agreements to the extent that it does not violate the purpose, laws and customs of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 Application for Accommodation Contracts

  1. If you wish to apply for an accommodation contract with the property, you will be asked to apply to the property for the following information:
    1. Address, name, telephone number, gender, nationality, and occupation of the guest
    2. Date of stay, time of arrival, company name, applicant’s telephone number and name
    3. Room Rates
    4. Other items recognized by the property as necessary
  2. If a guest requests to continue his/her stay beyond the date of stay set forth in paragraph 2 of the previous paragraph during his/her stay, he/she will be processed as if he/she had applied for a new accommodation contract only if the facility did not have a reservation for the duration of the stay.

Article 3 Establishment of Accommodation Contracts

  1. The accommodation contract shall be concluded when the property accepts the application set out in the previous Article. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the Property proves that it has not consented.
  2. When the accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provision of the previous paragraph, the application fee specified by the accommodation will be paid by the date specified by the property up to the basic accommodation fee of the stay period (3 days if it exceeds 3 days).
  3. The application fee shall first be applied to the room rate that the Guest ultimately pays, and when the provisions of Article 6 and Article 18 apply, the application fee shall be applied in the order of compensation following the penalty, and if there is any remaining amount, it will be refunded at the time of payment of the fee pursuant to the provisions of Article 12.
  4. If the application fee set forth in paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by the property pursuant to the provision of the same paragraph, the accommodation contract shall cease to be effective.

Article 4 A special provision that does not require payment of the application fee

  1. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2 of the previous Article, the Accommodation may comply with a special agreement that does not require payment of the application fee set forth in the same paragraph after the establishment of the contract.
  2. When accepting an application for an accommodation contract, if the Accommodation does not request payment of the application fee set forth in paragraph 2 of the previous Article, or if the payment date of the application fee is not specified, it will be treated as in response to the special agreement set forth in the previous paragraph.

Article 5 Refusal to Conclude Accommodation Contracts

The property may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases:

  1. When the application for accommodation is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  2. When there is no room available due to full staff.
  3. When it is recognized that the person intending to stay is likely to act against the provisions of laws and regulations or public order or good morals with regard to accommodation
  4. When the person who intends to stay is clearly recognized as an infectious disease.
  5. When violent requests are made regarding accommodation or are required to bear more than a reasonable extent.
  6. When a special burden is requested for accommodation.
  7. When it is not possible to make them stay due to natural disasters, facility failure, or other unavoidable reasons.
  8. When the person intending to stay is likely to cause significant inconvenience to other guests due to drunken persons, etc., or when he/she has said or said or does thing that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
  9. When the person intending to stay is an organized crime group prescribed in Article 2, paragraph 2 of the Act on the Prevention of Unjust Acts by Gang Members (Act No. 77 of 1991), a gang member prescribed in Article 2, No. 6 of the Act (hereinafter, “Gangsters”) or a person concerned or other antisocysoth force.
  10. When the person intending to stay is a corporation or other organization in which an organized crime group or member of an organized crime group controls its business activities.
  11. When the person who intends to stay is a corporation and there is a person who corresponds to an organized crime group member among the officers.
  12. When bringing dangerous goods (weapons such as stoves, petroleum products) and goods that are harmful to the human body.
  13. When it is applicable in the case specified in Article 7 of the Enforcement Ordinance of the Kyoto Ryokan Business Law.

Article 6 Right to Cancel the Contract of the Guest

  1. Guests may make an offer to the property and cancel the accommodation contract.
  2. The Accommodation shall be the case where the Guest cancels all or part of the Accommodation Contract for reasons at the expense of the Guest (except when the Hotel requests payment by specifying the payment date of the application fee pursuant to the provision of Article 3, Paragraph 2, and the Guest cancels the Accommodation Contract before the payment). The company will be asked to make a difference depending on the provisions listed in the following paragraph. provided, however, that in the event that the Accommodation has entered into a special agreement set forth in Paragraph 1 of Article 4, only when the Accommodation announces to the Guest the obligation to pay a difference when the Guest cancels the Accommodation Contract.
  3. If the reservation is canceled on the day of the stay, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged, 100% if the reservation is canceled from the previous day to 7 days in advance.
  4. If the guest does not arrive at 9:00 p.m. on the day of the stay (or two hours after the scheduled arrival time is specified in advance) without prior notice, the Accommodation Contract may be deemed to have been canceled by the Guest.

Article 7 Right to cancel the cancellation of the hotel’s contract

  1. The property may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases:
  2. When it becomes applicable from Article 3, paragraph 2 to paragraph 14.
  3. When you do not apply for Article 2, paragraph 1
  4. If the Property cancels the accommodation contract pursuant to the provisions of the previous paragraph, the Guest will not be charged for accommodation services, etc. that have not yet been provided.

Article 8 Registration of Accommodation

  1. Guests are required to register the following items at the property on the day of their stay:
    1. Article 2, Paragraph 1
    2. If you are a foreigner, your nationality, passport number, place of entry and date of entry
    3. Departure date and scheduled departure time
    4. Other matters that the property recognizes as necessary
  2. If the guest is going to pay the fee set forth in Article 10 by a method that can be substituted for currency such as a credit card, he/she will be notified in advance at the time of registration set forth in the previous paragraph. If there is no notification, it depends on the method by cash payment.

Article 9 Time of use of the guest room

  1. Guests are allowed to use the hotel’s rooms from 4 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next morning.
  2. For consecutive nights (more than two days), it can be used throughout the day except on the day of arrival and departure, but in some facilities, the room cleaning time will be from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., so room personnel will enter the room.
  3. Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous paragraph, the property may respond to flights to rooms outside of the hours set forth in the same paragraph. In this case, an additional fee of 1000 yen per hour will be charged.

Article 10 Compliance with the Rules of Use

  1. Guests are required to follow the rules of use stipulated by the property within the property.

Article 11 Payment of Charges

  1. The breakdown of the room rates to be paid by the Guest must be posted on the reservation site, etc.
  2. Payment of accommodation fees, etc. set forth in the previous paragraph shall be made in currency or by a method that can be substituted for credit card payments, etc. approved by the property.
  3. The room rate will be charged even if the guest does not stay at will after the property has provided the guest with a room and is available for use.

Article 12: Responsibility of the Property

  1. The Accommodation shall compensate the Guest for any damages in the performance of the Accommodation Contract and any related contracts, or if it causes damage to the Guest due to their failure to do so. provided, however, that this shall not apply if it is not due to reasons at the property’s be venue.
  2. The amount of compensation for the accommodation shall be at the discretion of the compensation insurance company.

Article 13: Handling when it is not possible to provide contracted rooms

  1. If the Property is unable to provide the Guest with a contracted room, the Hotel shall be able to cancel the contract by informing the Guest that the Guest cannot be accommodated. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded.
  2. Please note that the property may not refund rooms if there is no reason to blame them for not being able to provide them.

Article 14 Handling of Deposited Goods, etc.

  1. The property does not handle deposited goods, etc. of guests.
  2. With regard to goods, cash and valuables brought into the property by the Guest, the Guest shall not be liable for any damages such as loss or damage, unless the property is intentionally or grossly negligent. However, in the event of damage such as loss or damage due to the intention or gross negligence of the accommodation, the Property shall compensate for the damage up to 30,000 yen.

Article 15 Storage of The Guest’s Baggage or Personal Items

  1. Baggage after check-out by the Guest will be kept only upon the consent of the property between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., but the Property shall not be liable for any damages such as loss or damage.
  2. In the case where the Guest’s baggage or personal baggage or personal items have been left at the property after the Guest has checked out, the Guest will be kept for 7 days, including the date of discovery, and, in principle, will wait for the owner to contact him/her for instructions. However, food, drink, tobacco, magazines, etc. will be disposed of on the same day.
  3. After the storage period set forth in paragraph 2 has passed, valuables will be delivered to the nearest police station and other items will be disposed of.
  4. In the case of paragraph 2, the Accommodation’s liability for the storage of The Guest’s Baggage or Personal Items shall be in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of the previous Article.

Article 16: Responsibility of The Guest

  1. If the Accommodation suffers damage due to the intention or negligence of the Guest, the Guest shall compensate the Accommodation for the damage.
  2. In the case where the Guest’s baggage or personal baggage or personal items have been left at the property after the Guest has checked out, the Guest will be kept for 7 days, including the date of discovery, and, in principle, will wait for the owner to contact him/her for instructions. However, food, drink, tobacco, magazines, etc. will be disposed of on the same day.
  3. After the storage period set forth in paragraph 2 has passed, valuables will be delivered to the nearest police station and other items will be disposed of.
  4. In the case of paragraph 2, the Accommodation’s liability for the storage of The Guest’s Baggage or Personal Items shall be in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of the previous Article.

Article 17 Jurisdiction and Governing Law

  1. Any dispute a resulting with regard to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with Japanese laws and regulations in the court jurisdiction over the location of the accommodation.
  2. In the case where the Guest’s baggage or personal baggage or personal items have been left at the property after the Guest has checked out, the Guest will be kept for 7 days, including the date of discovery, and, in principle, will wait for the owner to contact him/her for instructions. However, food, drink, tobacco, magazines, etc. will be disposed of on the same day.
  3. After the storage period set forth in paragraph 2 has passed, valuables will be delivered to the nearest police station and other items will be disposed of.

Accommodation Terms and Conditions for Pets

Article 1 Application for Accommodation Contracts

  1. If you are applying for a pet-accompanied accommodation contract in a pet-only room at the property, you will be asked to provide the property with information about the pet required by the property.

Article 2 Refusal to Accept Pets

Please note that the property may not accept pets in the next deep-frying case.

  1. When the pet you are staying in is an animal other than a dog or a cat
  2. When the room for accepting pets is full and there is no room available
  3. When the pet you are staying in is a fighting dog
  4. If your pet has not been certified to have rabies and “mixed five” or more vaccinations within the past year
  5. when infected with a disease or parasite that may infect other animals (e.g. viral, bacterial, flea, tick, filaria, etc.)
  6. Pets in Heat and Esthes;

Article 3 Responsibility of Pets Staying

  1. If the guest’s pet harms the property, the guest will compensate the hotel for the damage.
  2. In the event of damage to staff, other guests, animals, etc., the guest who is the owner of the pet will be compensated for the damage.
